By accessing or using AdNeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AdNeo is an AI-powered SEO automation platform that researches keywords, generates SEO-optimized articles, and publishes content to connected websites. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You must create an account to use AdNeo. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@adneo.cloud for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AdNeo to generate spam, illegal content, or material that violates third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

Content generated by AdNeo on your behalf is owned by you. AdNeo retains no rights to the articles or keywords generated for your account. You are responsible for reviewing published content before it goes live.

7. Limitation of Liability

AdNeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of ranking, traffic, or revenue.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bordeaux, France, where NEOVIA, the publisher of AdNeo, has its registered office.
