Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the AdNeo affiliate program ("the Program"). AdNeo is published and operated by HAPPY LIFE (SIRET 930 768 650 00010), registered office at 70 avenue de la Marne, 64200 Biarritz, France ("we", "AdNeo"). By joining the Program, you ("the Affiliate") accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Program lets the Affiliate promote AdNeo via a personal referral link and earn a commission on the paid subscriptions of referred customers. Referral tracking, conversions and commission calculation are handled by our technical partner Reditus (getreditus.com).

2. Enrollment

Joining the Program is free and subject to our approval. You must provide accurate information and hold a valid Reditus account to receive payouts. We may refuse or terminate any enrollment at our sole discretion.

3. Commission

The Affiliate earns a 60% commission on the net amounts actually collected by AdNeo from referred customers' subscriptions. The commission is recurring.

4. Commission Period

The commission period is lifetime: the Affiliate earns commission on all payments from the referred customer for as long as they remain an AdNeo subscriber, with no time limit.

5. Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed to the Affiliate when a visitor reaches AdNeo through their link and then subscribes to a paid plan, per Reditus's attribution (cookie) rules. Self-referrals earn no commission.

6. Validation and Refunds

A commission is only earned after the payment is actually collected and the 30-day money-back guarantee has expired. Any commission tied to a refunded, disputed or fraudulent payment is voided.

7. Payment

Validated commissions are paid via PayPal, through Reditus, once the minimum payout threshold of €50 is reached. The Affiliate is solely responsible for applicable taxes.

8. Prohibited Practices

You may not bid on the "AdNeo" brand in paid advertising, use spam, make false claims, use unauthorized promo codes, tamper with tracking, or promote AdNeo on illegal or misleading content.

9. Term and Termination

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. Already-validated commissions remain due. We may suspend an account on suspected fraud.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms or the Program parameters at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Biarritz, France.
